RCFL Operator Trainee Recruitment 2026
Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers (RCFL) is recruiting for 188 Operator Trainee positions.
Eligibility: B.Sc (Chemistry), Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology, or 3½/4 years' Sandwich Diploma in Chemical Engineering/Technology.

Age Limit (as of 01-02-2026):

Salary:
- Training (6 months): Rs. 22,000/- per month
- After Training: Rs. 22,000-60,000 (approx. Rs. 47,800/- gross monthly at minimum)
Selection Process: Computer Based Test, Document Scrutiny, Skill Test (Qualifying), Medical Examination.
