HP PAT 2026: Registration for Polytechnic Admission Test is Now Open!

The H.P. Takniki Shiksha Board, Dharamshala, has released the application form for the Himachal Pradesh Polytechnic Admission Test (HP PAT) 2026.

Important Dates:

• Application Start Date: 01 April 2026
• Application Last Date: 05 May 2026
• Roll Number Release Date: 11 May 2026 onwards
• Exam Date: 17 May 2026 (10:00 AM - 1:00 PM)
• Result Date: 25 May 2026

Eligibility:

• Passed Class 10th with at least 35% marks.
• Appearing candidates in 2026 are also eligible.

Application Fee:

• General Category: Rs. 750
• SC/ST/OBC Category: Rs. 500

Exam Pattern:

• Total Questions: 150
• Subjects: Mathematics (50), Physics (50), Chemistry (30), English (20)
• Marking Scheme: +4 for correct answer, -1 for wrong answer.
• Exam Mode: Offline (OMR Based)

2. Click on “Online Admission-2026” and select “Registration for Polytechnic Admission in Diploma in Engineering – PAT (1st Year)”.
3. Register on the Eakadamik portal.
4. Fill the application form, upload documents, and pay the fee.
