- Medical/Specialist Roles: MBBS, BAMS, or Specialized degrees in Audiology/Speech Therapy.
- Nursing/Paramedical: GNM, B.Sc Nursing, ANM, or Diploma in Radio Diagnostic Technology.
- Administrative/Technical: 10th/12th with Diploma in Computer Applications (for DEO) or Degree in Social Work/Psychology (for Counselors).
- General Support: Minimum 8th pass for Attender and Hospital Worker roles.
- Language: Proficiency in Tamil is mandatory for most posts.
