Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation Ltd (IRCTC), South Central Zone, is inviting applications for fixed-term contract positions for Hospitality Monitors and Tourism Monitors.
📌 Vacancy Details
- Hospitality Monitors: 22 Posts (includes 4 OBC backlog vacancies)
- Tourism Monitors: 6 Posts

🎓 Eligibility Criteria
1. Hospitality Monitors
- Education: B.Sc in Hospitality & Hotel Administration / BBA/MBA (Culinary Arts) / B.Sc Hotel Management & Catering Science / MBA (Tourism & Hotel Management).
- Age Limit: Up to 28 years (No experience), 28-30 years (1 yr exp), 30-35 years (2 yrs exp). UR limit is 35 years.
2. Tourism Monitors
- Education: 3-Year Bachelor's degree in Tourism OR Bachelor's degree in any stream + 1-year diploma in Travel & Tourism.
- Experience: 1 to 2 years in Tour Operation/Travel Agency Firms.
- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (UR).
💰 Remuneration & Benefits
- Hospitality Monitors: CTC ₹30,000/month + Daily Allowance (up to ₹350) + Lodging charges + National Holiday Allowance.
- Tourism Monitors: CTC ₹30,000 to ₹35,000/month (based on qualification) + Daily Allowance + Lodging charges.
- Medical Insurance: Provided as per age and post.
