📋 Vacancy Details

• Total Vacancies: 154 Posts
• Special Reservation: 15 posts (10%) are reserved for legal heirs of persons deceased under the Manual Scavengers Act.

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: No formal educational qualification required.
• Language: Must be able to speak Kannada.
• Age Limit: 18 to 50 years (as of notification date). No age relaxation available.
• Nationality: Must be an Indian Citizen.

💰 Application Fee

Fees must be paid via Demand Draft (DD) in favor of the Project Director, District Urban Development Cell, DC Office, Gadag.

• SC/ST/Category-1/Women: ₹100
• General/2A/2B/3A/3B: ₹200

🛠 Selection Process

Selection is based on scrutiny and priority (No exam or interview):

1. Priority 1: Candidates with 1+ year of prior service as Pourakarmika, Loader, or UGD Helper.
2. Priority 2: Family members of Pourakarmikas deceased during COVID-19 or in service.
3. Priority 3: Candidates with 1+ year experience in allied sanitation roles.
4. Priority 4: Eligible legal heirs under the Manual Scavengers Act.

1. Obtain Form: Collect the application form from the District Urban Development Cell (DC Office, Room No. 123, Gadag) or the City Municipal Council, Gadag-Betageri.
2. Documentation: Attach self-attested copies of age proof, category certificates, and service experience proofs.
