Grid Controller of India Limited (GRID-INDIA), a Miniratna-I CPSE under the Ministry of Power, is inviting applications for the position of Executive Trainee for bright and committed engineers.

• Executive Trainee (Electrical): 37 Posts
• Executive Trainee (Computer Science): 15 Posts

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification:

• Electrical: Full Time Regular B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/IDD in Electrical/Power Systems/Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 65% marks/CGPA.
• Computer Science: Full Time Regular B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc (Engg.)/IDD in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT with minimum 65% marks/CGPA.
• Final year students expecting results by 14.08.2027 are eligible if they meet the 65% criteria in pre-final semesters.

2. Mandatory Requirement:

• Candidates must appear in and qualify the GATE 2027 paper in the corresponding discipline. Only GATE 2027 scores are valid.

3. Age Limit (as of 31.07.2027):

• Maximum Age: 28 Years
• Relaxation: OBC-NCL (3 years), SC/ST (5 years), PwBD (10 years).

⚙️ Selection Process

The final selection is based on a weighted score:

• GATE 2027 Score: 85% Weightage
• Group Discussion (GD): 3% Weightage
• Personal Interview (PI): 12% Weightage

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Pay Scale: Rs. 50,000 – 1,60,000/- IDA (E2 Level).
• Additional Benefits: Performance Related Pay (PRP), Company Leased Accommodation/HRA, Medical facilities, and other government-approved allowances.
• Service Bond: Rs. 5,00,000 for General/OBC/EWS and Rs. 2,50,000 for SC/ST/PwBD.
