🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Must have passed Intermediate (12th) or equivalent with Science or Mathematics from a recognized board/school in India/Uttarakhand.
• Preferential Qualification: 2 years service in Territorial Army OR NCC 'B' or 'C' certificate.
• Age Limit: 18 to 28 years (as of 01 July 2026). Age relaxations apply for SC/ST/OBC and other reserved categories.
• Domicile: Candidate must be registered with Uttarakhand Employment Exchange, hold a domicile certificate, or have completed schooling in Uttarakhand.

🏃 Physical Standards (PST/PET)

Height Requirements:

• Male: 163 cm (Relaxed to 152 cm for ST/Gorkha/Garhwali/Kumaoni etc.)
• Female: 150 cm (Relaxed to 145 cm for ST/Gorkha/Garhwali/Kumaoni etc.)

Physical Efficiency Test (Qualifying):

• Race: Male (25 km in 4 hrs) | Female (14 km in 4 hrs)
• Shot Put: Male (5.00m) | Female (3.50m)
• Long Jump: Male (4.00m) | Female (2.00m)
• High Jump: Male (1.10m) | Female (0.70m)

✍️ Selection Process

1. Stage 1: Qualifying PST and PET.
2. Stage 2: Written Competitive Exam (100 Marks, Objective Type, 2 hours).

   • Negative Marking: 1/4th mark deducted for each wrong answer.
   • Min Qualifying Marks: 45% for UR/EWS/OBC and 35% for SC/ST.
3. Stage 3: Document Verification.
