Guru Angad Dev Veterinary and Animal Sciences University (GADVASU), Ludhiana, has released Advertisement No. 03/2026 for the recruitment of 45 Group C posts.

Vacancy Details

• Clerk: 20 Posts
• Steno Typist: 15 Posts
• Storekeeper: 10 Posts
• Total: 45 Vacancies

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualifications:

• Storekeeper: Bachelor's degree with Economics / B.Com / B.B.A.
• Clerk & Steno-Typist: Bachelor's degree from a recognized university.

Mandatory Requirements (All Posts):

• Computer Proficiency: 120-hour certified course in PC use/IT or 'O' level certificate from DOEACC.
• Punjabi Language: Must have passed Matriculation in Punjabi from PSEB or a recognized board.

Selection Process

All candidates must first pass the Qualifying Punjabi Language Test (Exam-I). Following this, the process differs by post:

• Storekeeper: Main Examination (Exam-II) focusing on General Knowledge and Core Subjects (Commercial Math, GST, Store Keeping, etc.).
• Clerk: Main Examination (Exam-II) followed by a Qualifying Typing Proficiency Test in both Punjabi (Raavi font) and English.
• Steno-Typist: Main Examination (Exam-II) and a Shorthand Proficiency Test (English & Punjabi), where shorthand marks contribute to the final merit.
