The Administration of Union Territory of Ladakh, via the Ladakh Police Subordinate Service Recruitment Board (LPSSRB), has announced direct recruitment for the post of Constable (Level-02).

Total Vacancies: 331

• Executive, Armed/IRP, SDRF: 141 Posts
• Border Battalion: 168 Posts (District-wise)
• Women Battalion: 22 Posts (District-wise)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Passed 10th Class/Matriculation from a recognized board.

  • Special Case: Serving SPOs with 3+ years of service are eligible with an 8th Pass qualification.
• Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026): 18 to 28 years.

  • Relaxations: SC/ST/ALC (5 years); Serving SPOs/VHGs (Up to 37 years).
• Domicile: Must possess a valid Domicile Certificate of the UT of Ladakh.

📝 Selection Process

1. Physical Standard Test (PST): Qualifying
2. Physical Endurance Test (PET): Qualifying
3. Document Scrutiny: Qualifying
4. Incentive Marks: Up to 5% for NCC/Computer/Driving License
5. Written Examination: 100 Marks (Objective Type)
