📜 Reservation & Eligibility Rules

• OBC Candidates: Must provide a Non-Creamy Layer (NCL) certificate issued on or after 01.04.2026. Without this, candidates will be treated as General/UR.
• EWS Certificates: Must be issued on or after 01.04.2026 as per West Bengal Government guidelines.
• Domicile Proof: Domicile certificates issued by elected representatives (MLA, MP, Councilor, etc.) are NOT acceptable. Use Proforma b or e-District certificates.
• PwD: Seats are filled on a horizontal basis within respective categories.

⚠️ Key Instructions for Candidates

• Merit-Based: Admissions are strictly based on the Provisional Merit List.
• Documents: Original documents are mandatory for verification during reporting.
• Anti-Ragging: Selected candidates must submit an online Anti-Ragging affidavit via www.antiragging.in or www.amanmovement.org at the time of registration.
• Provisional Nature: All admissions are provisional and subject to verification of documents and eligibility.
