Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification (Two Routes)

• Route A: Graduate (any discipline) + Post Graduate (any discipline) + 1-year Govt-recognized Diploma in Secretarial Practice/Stenography/Office Management.
• Route B: Bachelor's degree specifically in Office Management & Secretarial Practice/Office Administration + Post Graduate (any discipline).

Experience & Requirements

• Work Experience: Minimum 4 years of relevant experience as Secretarial Assistant/Secretary (post-graduation).
• Minimum Marks: 55% in final year of Graduation (50% for SC).
• Age Limit (as of 01.07.2026): UR/EWS: 32 years | OBC (NCL): 35 years | SC: 37 years.

Selection Process

1. Online Test: 100 Objective questions (50 Discipline-related + 50 General Aptitude/English).
2. Skill Test (Qualifying): Assessing Practical Job Knowledge, Computer Knowledge, and Communication Skills.
