The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has officially released the Physical Endurance and Measurement Test (PE&MT) Admit Card for the Delhi Police Constable (Executive) Recruitment. This is the critical second stage for candidates who have successfully cleared the Computer Based Examination (CBT).

📅 Important Dates

• Admit Card Release: 10 September 2026
• PE & MT Exam Date: 18 September 2026
• CBT Result Date: 19 June 2026

🏃 Physical Endurance Test (PET) Eligibility

For Male Candidates:

• Up to 30 Years: 1600M Race (6 Mins) | Long Jump (14 Ft) | High Jump (3.9 Ft)
• 30-40 Years: 1600M Race (7 Mins) | Long Jump (13 Ft) | High Jump (3.6 Ft)
• Above 40 Years: 1600M Race (8 Mins) | Long Jump (12 Ft) | High Jump (3.3 Ft)

For Female Candidates:

• Up to 30 Years: 1600M Race (8 Mins) | Long Jump (10 Ft) | High Jump (3 Ft)
• 30-40 Years: 1600M Race (9 Mins) | Long Jump (9 Ft) | High Jump (2.9 Ft)
• Above 40 Years: 1600M Race (10 Mins) | Long Jump (8 Ft) | High Jump (2.6 Ft)

📏 Physical Measurement Test (PMT)

• Height (Male): UR/OBC/EWS/SC: 170 cms | ST: 165 cms
• Height (Female): UR/OBC/EWS: 157 cms | SC/ST: 155 cms
• Chest (Male): UR/OBC/EWS/SC: 81-85 cms | ST: 76-80 cms

📂 Required Documents

Candidates must carry the following to the venue:

• Printed copy of the PE & MT Admit Card
• Original valid photo ID proof
• Any other specific documents mentioned in the individual admit card
