Overview

The Central Silk Board (CSB), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, is recruiting for Young Professional-Grade-3 posts on a purely contractual basis for its Central Office and various institutes across India.

Vacancy Details

• Total Posts: 14
• Job Locations: Bengaluru (Central Office), Mysuru, Berhampore, Ranchi, Pampore, Lahdoigarh, Bilaspur, Guwahati, and New Delhi.
• Engagement Period: Initially 2 years (extendable based on performance).

Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification & Experience

Candidates must possess one of the following:

• Chartered Accountant (CA): Minimum 3 years of experience in the Government sector.
• MBA / M.Com: Minimum 5 years of experience in the Government sector.

Key Experience Areas

• Government accounting of autonomous bodies
• Proficiency in Tally Prime
• Government procurement procedures
• Scrutiny of TA/DA and medical bills
• Internal audit and statutory compliance

Age Limit

• Maximum Age: 35 years (as of 01/07/2026).

Salary & Remuneration

• Monthly Fixed Pay: ₹70,000 (inclusive of all taxes).
• Performance Increments: Annual enhancement of up to 10% based on exemplary performance.
• Other Benefits: TA/DA admissible as per Level-8 employees during official tours.

Selection Process

• Selection will be conducted by a Screening Committee and a Selection Committee.
• No written examination is mentioned; selection is based on application scrutiny and interviews.
• A waiting list will be empaneled for one year.
