Eligibility Criteria

Requirements vary by post. Key qualifications include:

• CA Posts: Professional qualification from ICAI with 2+ years experience.
• Finance/Accounts Manager: Inter CA/MBA (Finance)/M.Com with 3 to 10 years of relevant experience.
• Block/District Level: Inter CA/B.Com/M.Com with a minimum of 3 years of post-qualification experience.
• Age Limit: General category max age is 35 years (as of 01-08-2026), with relaxations for OBC, SC/ST, and Female candidates.

Monthly Honorarium

• Chartered Accountant: ₹75,000
• State Finance Manager: ₹65,000
• State Accounts Manager: ₹60,000
• District Accounts Manager: ₹41,968
• Block Accounts Manager: ₹20,085 (Other posts range between ₹19,800 and ₹31,395)
