Export-Import Bank of India (Exim Bank) has announced a Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) to fill backlog vacancies for high-level banking positions. This is a premier opportunity for Finance professionals and Chartered Accountants to join an all-India financial institution.

📋 Vacancy Details

• Deputy Manager (Grade/Scale JM I): 6 Posts
• Manager (Grade/Scale MM II): 2 Posts
• Total Vacancies: 8 (Reserved for SC, ST, and OBC)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Educational Qualification (Common for both posts):

• Minimum 50% marks in Graduation (3-year full-time).
• Post Graduation: MBA / PGDBA / PGDBM / MMS with specialization in Finance / International Business / Foreign Trade (minimum 2-year full-time with 50% marks) OR Chartered Accountant (CA) with mandatory ICAI membership.
• Note: Distance/Correspondence degrees are not eligible.

2. Experience Requirements:

• Manager (MM II): Minimum 3 years of experience in internal/credit audit within a scheduled commercial bank or reputed financial institution.
• Deputy Manager (JM I): Minimum 1 year of post-qualification experience in project finance, credit appraisal, or cross-border risk analysis.

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Deputy Manager: Approx. ₹18 Lakh annual CTC
• Manager: Approx. ₹20 Lakh annual CTC

✍️ Selection Process

1. Written Test (70% Weightage): Subjective professional knowledge test (100 Marks).
2. Personal Interview (30% Weightage): Conducted in Mumbai and New Delhi.
