Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Graduate from a recognized university.
• Technical Skills (SPA): Shorthand (English) $\ge$ 110 w.p.m. and Typewriting (English) $\ge$ 40 w.p.m.
• Technical Skills (PA): Shorthand (English) $\ge$ 100 w.p.m. and Typewriting (English) $\ge$ 40 w.p.m.

Age Limit (as of 01.01.2026)

• Minimum: 18 Years
• Maximum: 32 Years
• Relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC-NCL (3 years), PwBD (10-15 years).

Selection Process

Candidates will be evaluated through a four-stage process:

1. English Typing Test: Qualifying stage (40 w.p.m.).
2. English Shorthand Test: Merit-based transcription test.
3. Main Descriptive Examination: Essay, Letter Writing, Grammar, and Translation.
4. Interview: Final personality and suitability assessment.
