Rashtriya Chemicals and Fertilizers Limited (RCF), a Navratna Public Sector Undertaking, is engaging apprentices for its Trombay (Mumbai) and Thal (Raigad) units under the Apprentices Act, 1961.

📌 Vacancy Breakdown

• Graduate Apprentices: 145 Posts (Accounts Executive, Secretarial Assistant, HR Recruitment Executive)
• Technician Apprentices: 105 Posts (Diploma in Chemical, Civil, Computer, Electrical, Instrumentation, and Mechanical Engineering)
• Trade Apprentices: 76 Posts (Attendant Operator, Instrument Mechanic, Lab Assistant, Boiler Attendant, Electrician, Horticulture Assistant, MLT)

🎓 Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Must be a regular full-time course from a recognized University/Institute. (Distance/Part-time not eligible).
• Age Limit: 18 to 25 years (as of 01.09.2026).
• Age Relaxation: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years).

💰 Monthly Stipend

• Graduate & B.Sc Trades: ₹17,300
• Diploma Technician: ₹15,900
• Other Trade Apprentices: ₹14,600
• Extra Benefits: Free breakfast, tea, and vegetarian lunch thali provided at company canteen.
