GATE 2027 Overview

The Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2027 is being conducted by IIT Madras on behalf of the National Coordination Board-GATE, Ministry of Education. This exam is the gateway for M.Tech/Ph.D. admissions and recruitment in various Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs).

🛠️ Key Requirements & Instructions

• DigiLocker Mandatory: A verified DigiLocker account is compulsory for all Indian national applicants.
• Exam Mode: Computer-Based Test (CBT) with a duration of 3 hours.
• Facial Recognition: New facial recognition systems are expected for registration and verification.
• Paper Selection: Candidates can opt for one or two approved test paper combinations.
