Mandatory Eligibility
To be eligible, candidates must satisfy the following:
- Residence: Citizen of India and Permanent Resident of Arunachal Pradesh (PRC holder).
- Tribe Status: Must hold a valid Arunachal Pradesh Scheduled Tribe (APST) Certificate.
- Language: Proficiency in an Indigenous Tribal Language of Arunachal Pradesh.
Educational Qualification
- Agriculture Development Officer: B.Sc in Agriculture.
- Horticulture Development Officer: B.Sc in Horticulture.
- Veterinary Officer: B.V.Sc & Animal Husbandry + Registration with AP State Veterinary Council.
- Assistant Director (Sericulture): B.Sc + PG Diploma in Sericulture.
- Dairy Development Officer: B.Tech in Dairy Technology or equivalent (Food Tech/Bio-Tech).

Selection Process
- Screening Test: (Objective type) only if applicants exceed the ratio.
- Written Examination (500 Marks):
- General English & General Studies (150 Marks)
- Subject Paper-I (150 Marks)
- Subject Paper-II (150 Marks)
- Viva-voce (50 Marks)
Age Limit (as of 30.09.2026)
- Minimum: 21 Years
- Maximum: 35 Years
- Relaxation: +5 years for APST, +10 years for PwBD (+15 for APST-PwBD).
