🎓 Eligibility Criteria

1. Management Trainee (Age: 18–28 Years)

• MT/CO: Graduate (55%) + MBA/PG Degree in Marketing/Logistics/Supply Chain (60%)
• MT/FA: Graduate (55%) + Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
• MT/FA/CS: Graduate (55%) + Qualified Company Secretary (CS)
• MT/TH: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics (60%)
• MT/MIS: B.Tech/BE (CS/IT) or MCA/M.Sc(IT) (60%)
• MT/CE: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering (60%)
• MT/P&A: Graduate (55%) + MBA/MSW in HRM/Personnel Management (60%)

2. Assistant Officer (Age: 18–32 Years)

• AO/CO: Graduate (50%) + 4 years experience (reduced to 2 years with specific diplomas)
• AO/FA: B.Com (50%) + 4 years experience (reduced to 2 years for CA/CMA Inter)
• AO/TH: Diploma/Degree in Mech/Elec/Electronics (50%) + relevant experience
• AO/MIS: Graduate with PGDCA/BCA/B.Sc CS (50%) + relevant experience
• AO/CE: B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil (50%) + relevant experience

💰 Salary & Benefits

• Management Trainee: Pay Scale ₹50,000-1,60,000 | Approx CTC: ₹20.11 Lakhs p.a.
• Assistant Officer: Pay Scale ₹40,000-1,36,000 | Approx CTC: ₹16.09 Lakhs p.a.
• Note: MTs are absorbed into Assistant Manager grade (E1) after 1 year of training.

⚙️ Selection Process

• Management Trainee: CBT $ ightarrow$ Group Discussion (GD) and/or Interview
• Assistant Officer: Selection purely based on CBT performance (No GD/Interview)

CBT Pattern: 100 Questions | 100 Marks | 90 Minutes | Negative Marking: 0.25
