Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

• Degree: Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (B.E./B.Tech/B.Sc. Engg)
• Minimum Percentage:

  • General/EWS/OBC (NCL): 65% marks
  • SC/ST/PwBD: 60% marks
• Eligible Batches: Candidates who completed their degree in 2026 or are in their final year (2026-27).
• Note: Candidates who graduated in 2025 or earlier are not eligible.

Age Limit (as of 18 March 2027)

• Relaxations: SC/ST (5 years), OBC (3 years), PwBD (10 years).

1. Shortlisting: Based on GATE-2027 marks only (Marks from 2026 or earlier are NOT valid).
2. Application: Candidates must apply online via the GAIL website using their GATE-2027 registration number.
