Recruitment Overview

This is a one-year, stipend-based skill enhancement training programme specifically designed for underprivileged candidates of Odisha.

Note: This is not a regular job recruitment and does not entitle candidates to future permanent employment in SAIL or RSP.

Vacancy & Stipend Details

• Medical Attendant Training: 100 Seats | Stipend: ₹7,000/month
• Hospital Administration Training: 07 Seats | Stipend: ₹15,000/month
• OT/Anesthesia Assistant Training: 05 Seats | Stipend: ₹9,000/month

Eligibility Criteria

• Domicile: Residents of Sundargarh District and other Districts of Odisha State only.
• Age Limit: 18 to 35 years (as of 31 August 2026).
• Preference: Candidates from RSP direct impact zones (Bisra, Kuarmunda, Nuagaon, Lathikata blocks, Rourkela Municipality, etc.).

Educational Qualification

• Medical Attendant: Minimum 10th (Matric) or equivalent.
• Hospital Administration: MBA/BBA/PG Diploma in Hospital Management, Administration, HR, Marketing, or Finance.
• OT/Anesthesia Assistant: 10+2 (Intermediate) plus 1 year of Hospital/Anesthesia Attendant training.

Selection Process

1. Screening: Applications will be screened based on eligibility.
2. Interview: Shortlisted candidates will be called for an interview (Intimated via SMS).
3. Verification: Document verification and Medical Fitness check as per Company rules.
