IISER IAT 2026 Round 6 Allotment Overview
The Indian Institutes of Science Education and Research (IISER) has released the Round 6 seat allotment result for the IAT 2026. Candidates who registered for counselling can now check their allotment status on the official portal.
📅 Important Dates
- Round 6 Result Date: August 28, 2026
- Willingness & SAF Deadline: August 30, 2026
- Round 7 Counselling: September 1 to 3, 2026
💰 Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF)
Candidates must pay the following fees by August 30 to confirm their seat:
- General / EWS / OBC-NCL / Kashmiri Migrant / PwD: Rs 35,000
- SC / ST: Rs 17,500
🛠 Decision Options (Willingness)
- Freeze: Accept the current seat and exit further counselling rounds.
- Float: Accept the current seat but remain eligible for upgrades in later rounds.
- Decline/Withdraw: Reject the offer and exit the process.
📝 How to Check Your Result
- Visit the official portal iiseradmission.in.
- Navigate to the IAT 2026 Counselling/Seat Allotment login.
- Enter your Application Number and Password.
- View your allotment and download the admission offer letter as a PDF.
- Select your response (Freeze, Float, or Decline) in the Decision-Making tab.
