MPESB is conducting a combined recruitment examination for 1700 vacancies across various Madhya Pradesh government departments. These include executive and non-executive Group 3 posts.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Diploma or Degree in relevant technical branches (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, CS, Electronics, Agriculture, etc.).
• Mandatory Requirement: Candidates must have a live registration with a Madhya Pradesh Employment Office (Rojgar Karyalaya).
• Age Limit (as on 01-01-2026):

  • General: 18–40 years
  • Reserved/MP Domicile: 18–45 years

Selection Process

Selection is based on a single Computer-Based Test (CBT) of 200 marks:

• Section A (100 Marks): General Knowledge, Hindi, English, Math, Reasoning, Science, and Computer Knowledge.
• Section B (100 Marks): Technical trade-based paper specific to the post.
• Marking: +1 for correct, -0.25 for incorrect.

Salary Structure

Pay scales vary by post from Level 4 to Level 8 of the MP Pay Matrix:

• Level 8: ₹32,800 – ₹1,03,600 (Sub Engineers)
• Level 6: ₹25,300 – ₹80,500 (Draftsman/Lab Tech)
• Level 4: ₹19,500 – ₹62,000 (Note: Probationers receive a stipend of 70%-90% of the minimum pay scale).
