Konkan Railway Corporation Limited (KRCL), a Government of India Undertaking under the Ministry of Railways, is recruiting for Office Boy/Helper/Khalasi positions for the Mechanical/Project Department at the Rolling Stock Component Factory, Lote.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Minimum 10th standard pass.
• Experience: Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience. Preference will be given to candidates experienced in Repair Workshops or Manufacturing Units.
• Physical Fitness: Must be physically fit for general office duty, housekeeping, and maintenance tasks.
• Age Limit: Maximum 50 years (as of 01-07-2026). Age relaxations apply for OBC (3 years) and SC/ST (5 years).

Remuneration & Benefits

Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly remuneration based on their class:

• A Class: ₹29,300
• B Class: ₹27,500
• C Class: ₹25,700

Additional Benefits: 4% annual increment, Insurance, Gratuity, Bonus (as per New Labour Code-2026), and Railway Passes for duty travel.

Selection Process

1. Registration: Candidates must register at the venue between 09:00 hrs to 12:00 hrs.
2. Screening: A Group Discussion (GD) or written test may be conducted if candidates are numerous.
3. Interview: Eligible candidates will be interviewed by a nominated Committee.
4. Medical: Selected candidates must pass a medical examination.
