Steel Authority of India Limited (SAIL) is inviting provisionally shortlisted candidates for the Personal Interview (PI) stage for the engagement of Young Professionals (YP-1, YP-2, YP-3) at Rourkela Steel Plant (RSP) and associated units in Ranchi.

Required Documents for Personal Interview

Candidates must carry originals and self-attested photocopies of the following:

• Identity Proof: Valid photo ID (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID).
• Age Proof: Matriculation certificate or equivalent.
• Education: All educational mark sheets and degree/provisional certificates.
• Experience: Experience certificates showing relevant post-qualification work.
• Conversion: CGPA/OGPA-to-percentage equivalence certificate.
• Category: SC/ST/OBC/EWS/PwBD certificate (if applicable).
• Employment: NOC from current employer (if working in PSU/Govt).
• Others: Recent passport-size photos, downloaded call letter, and online application printout.
