This list applies to candidates who:
- Registered for the Centralised Admission Process (CAP) 2026-27.
- Belong to either the Maharashtra State or All India category.
- Used MHT CET 2026 (PCB group) or NEET (UG) 2026 scores for application.

- Visit the official CAP portal.
- Click on 'Check Provisional Merit List Status' in the left sidebar.
- Enter your Application ID (starting with PH26) and Date of Birth.
- Submit to view your state merit number and category-wise rank.
