Available Positions & Eligibility

1. Customer Service Officer (CSO)

• Education: PUC/10+2 or Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers are eligible; 1-3 years of field experience preferred
• Key Responsibilities: Client sourcing, credential verification, data entry (CRIF/CMS), collection of installments, and reporting to BM/ABM.

2. Customer Service Executive (CSE)

• Education: Graduate in any discipline (10+2+3)
• Experience: Minimum 2 years experience in sourcing/processing Business Loans (IBL) or Affordable Housing Loans (AHL) preferred
• Key Responsibilities: End-to-end loan management, field visits, KYC collection, credit appraisal support, and portfolio quality management.

Mandatory Requirements

• Vehicle: Must possess a valid Driving Licence and a Motorcycle.
• Language: Proficiency in the Local Language and English (Reading, Writing, Speaking).
