Programmes Offered: 11 M.Tech disciplines including Biological Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer Science and Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, Earth System Science, Electrical Engineering, Integrated Circuit Design and Technology, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Maritime Engineering.

Eligibility Criteria:

• BE/BTech/BS (4-year)/MSc with minimum 55% marks or 5.5 CGPA (50% or 5.0 CGPA for SC/ST/PwD).
• Valid GATE score preferred.
• IIT BTech graduates with 8.0+ CGPA qualify without GATE.

Application Fee:

• Rs. 300 (Rs. 150 for SC/ST/PwD)

Financial Support:

• Monthly Stipend: Rs. 12,400
• Travel Support: Up to Rs. 60,000
