- Visit the official website: upmsp.edu.in
- Click on the “Online Application For Scrutiny 2026” link.
- Enter Roll Number and Centre Code.
- Fill and submit the online form.
- Generate/print the application form.
- Pay the fee via Treasury Challan.
- Attach the original Treasury Challan and send via Registered Post to the concerned Regional Office.
Note: Both online registration and physical submission are mandatory. Incomplete applications will be rejected.
