• Qualification: 5-year integrated MBA OR 2-year full-time MBA/PGDM in HR/Personnel Management from a UGC/AICTE recognized University/Institute.
• Age Limit: Up to 25 years (relaxation for reserved categories - SC/ST: +5 years, OBC: +3 years) as on 30.04.2026.
• Stipend: Approximately ₹55,000/- per month (including HRA, Canteen, etc.) during the 1-year training period.

Selection Process: Computer Based Online Test followed by Personal Interview.
